Patient information notice when a Spanish citizen travels to another European country

If you are travelling to another EU country and need to pick up medication from a pharmacy there, you will be shown an information document drawn up in the destination country before any of your details are accessed.

The purpose of this document is to inform you about how your personal data will be processed in that country, where your medication will be collected. If you agree, the pharmacist would already be able to access your identification data and your dispensable medication.
