Patient information notice when a citizen of another European country travels to Spain

If you visit Spain and need to pick up medication prescribed in your home country at a pharmacy, before accessing your data at the pharmacy you will be shown a document to inform you about the processing of your personal data in Spain. This information shall be written in the official language of the country of origin.

If you agree to this data processing, inform the pharmacist and he/she will then be able to access your identification data and your dispensable medication.
