The Patient Information Notice (PIN) provides information to citizens and patients about the processing of their personal health data when a professional consults your Patient Summary in order to assist you in a Health Service.

If you are going to travel to another Member State of the European Union and receive healthcare in that State, you can consult the processing of personal data performed in the My Health@ EU services by clicking here ES | EN | EU | CA

If you are a European Union citizen and travel to Spain, you can consult the PIN by selecting your language and clicking on the corresponding pdf document. You can either download this document or print it.
