  How does it work?

  • You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided acknowledging receipt of your request. The message will include a link that you must access and follow the instructions to complete your registration.
  • If you also requested to receive information on your mobile phone, you will receive an SMS with a confirmation code. Once you receive it, simply click the link in the Subscription Service message and enter the code in the form provided. This will confirm your subscription.
  • Once the registration process is complete, you will receive a message confirming your subscription.
  • Each day, you will receive information by email and/or SMS regarding the health risk levels for the selected Meteosalud zone.

  How does it work?

  • Select the meteosalud area for which you wish to receive the alerts, completing the province and municipality fields in the form.
  • Once the area is selected, press the Subscribe button.
  • A QR code will be generated on the screen.
  • Scan the QR with your mobile phone to open the link.
  • The link will take you directly to the Telegram app, where a chat with the alert service will be started.
  • To end the subscription, press the Start button in that chat.
  • From that moment on, you will start receiving daily in Telegram the low temperatures alert level of the selected meteosalud area.
